In short. A user can request withdrawal of any available amount: from the BASE/PRO bots to Spot, and from Spot to an external wallet. An external withdrawal is initiated and confirmed only by the user (email and 2FA); the trading algorithm has no access to withdrawals. TRAIEX adds no fee of its own on top of the network fee. The withdrawable amount can temporarily be lower than the balance because of open operations, a security or compliance review, network maintenance or verification status.
Deposits

Wallets → Deposit→ choose asset and network → copy the current address or QR → send from the external wallet. Asset, network, address and memo/tag must match: a mistake can cause permanent loss. - Bank card through the provider Onramper; fees and minimums are shown at purchase and depend on the provider. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard where available in the country.
- Fiat (including SWIFT) after verification, via
Wallet → Spot → Deposit.
A Spot deposit is not an AI Trading deposit. Capital is moved to the bots separately through the AI Trading cabinet; blockchain transfers must not be sent directly to a bot subaccount.

BASE/PRO → Spot transfers carry no fee. An external withdrawal carries the network fee, shown before confirmation.
Withdrawals
- Enable 2FA. Open
Wallets → Spot → Withdraw, choose asset, network and address (from the address book or via OneID). - Enter the amount, confirm by email and 2FA code. The email link is valid for about an hour.
- The request status is shown in history. Requests are accepted no more than once every 10 seconds.
For a bot withdrawal choose the subscription and, where offered, the source: deposit or profit. Creating a request immediately reserves the amount; approval completes the withdrawal, rejection releases the reservation.
Checks and delays
- Every external deposit and withdrawal goes through KYT screening (Chainalysis, Elliptic); the processing target is up to 24 hours.
- After a password change or 2FA removal, withdrawals and Send are held for 24 hours.
- A first fiat or card top-up can trigger a 48-hour hold on withdrawals and Send (support articles word this differently; follow the message in the interface).
- While a bot is active, the available amount accounts for open orders and the accrued platform share.
If a withdrawal did not go through
Check the request status, the transaction history, and the source and destination balances. An on-screen error does not mean no funds moved. If the records disagree, contact support with your TRAIEX username, the time and the operation status; never send passwords or codes.
