In short. The TRAIEX platform (exchange, AI Trading, Career, card) is provided by TRAIEX S.A., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama, registration number 155780994. The user agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to LCIA arbitration in London. These facts come from the current Terms & Conditions, not from third-party review sites.
Legal entity
- Operator of the services (website, mobile app, API): TRAIEX S.A., Republic of Panama, registration number 155780994.
- The Terms name no separate contracting entity for EU, CIS, Middle East or South Asian users: one company contracts with every user.
- The Terms take effect for each user when accepted during registration. The company reserves the right to amend them.
Governing law and disputes
The Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. After written notice of a dispute, the parties negotiate for 30 days; an unresolved dispute goes to final arbitration under the LCIA Rules, seated in London, in English.
What TRAIEX is as a product
TRAIEX combines:
- a crypto exchange with a spot and futures terminal, P2P and card purchases of crypto;
- AI Trading: two automated trading algorithms, BASE and PRO, trading BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT on spot without leverage; access is by subscription, and trading capital is allocated separately by the user;
- Career: the AI Trading cabinet with subscriptions, bot balances, history and reports;
- TRAIEX Card: a Mastercard in USD issued through Onblock and Aeropass;
- the TRAIX token, used for staking that raises the user's share of the AI Trading result;
- Trai: an AI assistant that answers questions about the platform from an approved knowledge base.
