In short. Trai is the AI assistant on the TRAIEX website. It explains how the platform and AI Trading work, compares plans and strategies, answers questions about security, withdrawals and terms, and helps calculate a historical scenario. It answers in English, Russian and Ukrainian. It has no access to user accounts, performs no operations with funds and gives no personal investment advice.
Where Trai gets its facts
From the approved TRAIEX knowledge base: the Terms & Conditions, support articles, product descriptions and the approved historical statistics. If the knowledge base has no answer, Trai says so and points to support instead of inventing one. Numbers, percentages, fees and timings come only from sources.
What Trai does
- Explains BASE and PRO, plans, limits, profit share, KYC/KYT and withdrawal rules.
- Shows the approved historical results with the mandatory note that they are not a forecast.
- Opens the simulator: a calculation on historical monthly data for the chosen strategy, amount and period, including fees and before profit share. It is an illustration, not a forecast.
- Helps pick the minimum plan for an amount and shows the full starting budget: subscription plus trading capital.
- Points to the right section of the cabinet and tells you when to contact support.
What Trai does not do
- It does not see your balance, subscription or bot status: the website chat holds no personal data, and none appears there after login.
- It does not start or stop trading, withdraw or transfer funds.
- It does not ask for passwords, codes or documents and does not process personal KYC data.
- It does not promise returns or forecast prices.
- It does not disclose closed partner-program terms.
Guest-mode limits
A guest can ask a limited number of questions per session and per day. The conversation history is kept in the browser for a limited time; in the full version of Trai for signed-in users, history and the saved plan are available after login.
Trai and TRAIEX
Trai is an assistant, not a separate service and not the voice of the company: official TRAIEX documents stand behind every fact. If an answer from Trai differs from the Terms & Conditions or the interface, the Terms and the interface take precedence.
