What is TRAIEX?
A crypto exchange with a spot and futures terminal, P2P, card purchases of crypto, automated AI Trading (the BASE and PRO algorithms), the Career cabinet, a Mastercard in USD and the TRAIX token.
Who operates TRAIEX?
TRAIEX S.A., Republic of Panama, registration number 155780994. Governing law is that of England and Wales; disputes go to LCIA arbitration in London.
Is TRAIEX licensed?
Panama has no licensing regime for crypto exchanges, so there is no separate licence and none appears in public registers. What applies: company registration, KYC, KYT by Chainalysis and Elliptic, and sanctions restrictions. TRAIEX is not on the KNF (Poland) public warning list as of the publication date.
Is TRAIEX affiliated with S-Group?
No. TRAIEX is not part of S-Group, not managed by it and not owned by it.
Are traiex.co and traiex.org TRAIEX?
No, they are not official sites. The official domain is traiex.com and its subdomains only.
Can I withdraw money?
Yes, any available amount: from the bots to Spot and from Spot to an external wallet, with email and 2FA confirmation. The available amount can temporarily be lower than the balance because of open operations, reviews or network maintenance.
Can the trading bot withdraw funds?
No. The algorithm trades only the allocated capital and does not initiate external withdrawals.
What are BASE and PRO?
Two separate AI Trading algorithms on BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT spot without leverage. BASE is available on every plan, PRO from Growth.
What were the historical returns?
For 10/2025–09/2026 the average monthly result was 15.01% for BASE and 22.59% for PRO, before profit share, fees included. That is history, not a forecast; losses are possible.
Is the income guaranteed?
No. There are no guarantees and capital can be lost.
How much does a subscription cost?
From 50 USDT (Entry, up to 500 USDT capital) to 50,000 USDT (Institutional, up to 2,000,000 USDT). 12 plans in total. The subscription price does not become trading capital.
What is the minimum to start?
The Entry subscription at 50 USDT plus a 100 USDT first deposit into BASE: 150 USDT before network fees.
How is the result split?
The user's base share is 50%; freezing TRAIX raises it to 80%. The platform's share is charged daily at 23:59 UTC only on a positive daily result.
Is verification required?
Not for registration. Yes for fiat purchases, P2P and the card: a document plus a selfie (Level 1), proof of address (Level 2).
Who cannot use the service?
Citizens and residents of the United States, Belarus, Canada, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Singapore, Taiwan, Venezuela and other sanctioned jurisdictions. Users must be 18 or older.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
TRAIEX adds no fee of its own on top of the network fee. BASE/PRO → Spot transfers are free.
Can I stop the bot?
Yes, at any time: Start/Stop, change of market, risk and deposit.
What happens when the subscription ends?
The bot stops and the remaining funds are available for withdrawal. There is no automatic renewal; you can renew or buy the same or a higher plan.
What is Trai?
The AI assistant on the website: it answers from the approved knowledge base, has no access to accounts and performs no operations with funds.
