In short. The TRAIEX Card is a Mastercard in USD issued by Onblock through the provider Aeropass. Issuance costs 15 USDT, paid from the Spot account. Top-ups carry a 2% fee with a 20 USD or EUR minimum. The card pays online and at POS terminals; ATM withdrawal is not available in every country. There is no card cashback.
Availability
Ordering requires identity verification, a confirmed phone and a supported country. Ukraine is confirmed as available; Russia, Belarus, Iran and Colombia are not. For other countries, use the list shown in the card interface.
Ordering
- Complete the country → phone → identity steps.
- Review the card currency, issuance cost, payment currency and terms.
- The issuance fee is debited from the Spot account; it is not an opening balance, so top up the card before the first purchase.
There is a five-minute cooldown between ordering attempts. A pending or existing order can block a new one.
Top-ups
The source is Spot funds. Before confirmation you see the source debit, the card credit, the fee and the rate; a quote is valid for five minutes. The minimum may be stated as the credited or the debited amount, so compare the right side. Spot can be debited before the card balance appears; a pending top-up blocks the next one.
Limits and fees
Reference values in the card currency: up to 25,000 per online or POS transaction, 50,000 per day and 100,000 per month in spending, 10,000 per month at ATMs. The reference ATM withdrawal fee is 2.5%. The exact limits and fees for the selected card are shown in the interface and take precedence over the reference values.
PIN and card details
The PIN is exactly four digits, leading zeros allowed; attempts are limited to one per 10 seconds. The number, expiry and security code are available in the interface, for some cards after a one-time code sent to the confirmed phone (valid five minutes). Never share the PIN or CVV with anyone, including support.
Cash-out to Spot
Where available, a reverse transfer to USDT with a minimum and a fee per quote. The credit status and the processing status can update at different times.

- Buying crypto with a bank card through Onramper is a different operation with different terms.
- Automatic card top-up is not enabled in the current product.
