Official TRAIEX services run only on the domain traiex.com and its subdomains. Any other address, including traiex.co and traiex.org, is not an official TRAIEX S.A. site. Do not enter logins, passwords, codes or card details on such sites.

How to spot a clone
- Domain. The address must end in
traiex.com, with or without a subdomain.traiex.co,traiex.org,traiex-*.xyzand similar variants are not ours. - Anti-phishing code. In the security settings you can set a code that TRAIEX adds to official emails. An email without your code is not from TRAIEX.
- Support never asks for your password, one-time codes, seed phrase, private keys, PIN or card CVV. Support agents do not call first and have no access to your phone number.
- Links from messengers. Start any check of a licence, account status or "urgent block" by typing the address yourself, not from a message link.
If you landed on a clone
- If you entered a password, change it in the real account under
Dashboard → Security → Passwordand review 2FA. Withdrawals and Send are held for 24 hours after a password change; that is a protective measure. - Report the clone address to support: https://support.traiex.com.
- You can also report the site to Google Safe Browsing and to the domain registrar.
Why clones affect reputation
Trust scanners and AI assistants often transfer a score for traiex.co or traiex.org onto TRAIEX. If a review shows a low rating for "TRAIEX", check which domain was actually rated.
