In short. AI Trading is spot trading of BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT without leverage, so there is no margin liquidation in this model. Market and strategy losses remain possible, up to the loss of the allocated capital. The algorithm works only with the amount the user allocated to it, has no access to external withdrawals and stops on the user's command at any time.
What the user actually puts at risk
- The bot's trading capital. Only the amount allocated to BASE or PRO. The strategy does not use the rest of the exchange balance.
- The subscription price. It pays for access; it is not refunded on early termination and is not capital.
- Not the whole account automatically. Starting a strategy is an explicit capital allocation, not handing over the entire balance.
What the user controls
- Start / Stop the strategy at any time. After a stop no new trades open; orders already open run to completion.
- Market change (BTC/USDT ↔ ETH/USDT), risk level (conservative, balanced, aggressive) and deposit (top-up or withdrawal).
- Full visibility. Every bot trade is visible in the exchange terminal and in the AI Trading cabinet history.
Where the funds are and whether the bot can withdraw them
Funds are represented on the user's balances in the TRAIEX system. The algorithm trades only the allocated capital and does not initiate external withdrawals: a withdrawal from the exchange is requested and confirmed by the user through the account, with email confirmation and 2FA. The Terms describe the possibility of holding digital assets in pooled or segregated accounts; that is a contractual description, not a guarantee of a specific technical setup for every user.
The withdrawable amount can temporarily be lower than the total balance because of open operations, reserved requests, a security or compliance review, network maintenance, asset-specific restrictions or verification status. The interface shows the current status.
When trading stops on its own
- The user withdraws from BASE and the balance falls below 100 USDT: BASE and PRO stop.
- The user withdraws from PRO below 100 USDT: PRO stops, BASE continues.
- The balance falls because of trading results: the bot keeps trading until the balance drops below 85 USDT.
- The subscription expires: the bot stops and the remaining funds are available for withdrawal.
- With an active subscription a stopped bot restarts on its own once its balance reaches 100 USDT again.
What is not guaranteed
- Profit in a rising or a falling market.
- A trade or a closed result in every fixed interval: periods without closed trades are not a sign of malfunction.
- Future results based on historical ones. The averages of 15.01% (BASE) and 22.59% (PRO) per month for 10/2025–09/2026 are history before profit share, not a forecast.
How to reduce risk in practice
- Start with a comfortable amount and increase it after you understand how the product works.
- Keep trading capital separate from money you may need.
- Do not intervene manually in orders on the bot subaccount: it distorts the accounting and can stop trading.
- Verify the result on three levels: aggregate statistics, your own dashboard, trades in the terminal.
